Community Gardens Of Hancock County Accepting Applications

The Community Gardens of Hancock County is now accepting applications for the 2026 Gardening Season!

Whether you’re new to gardening or a seasoned pro, the Community Gardens offers a place to grow your own food, connect with other gardeners, and enjoy spending time in our beautiful green neighborhood.

Sponsored by CHOPIN Hall, the Community Gardens is located at 1800 N. Blanchard St. in Findlay. We have more than 100 dedicated plots, and room to grow! Individual plots range from 8’x8’ to 8’x16’, and 16’x16’ plots available for organizations and community groups. We also have several raised beds made possible through donations from AARP and 50 North.

There is no cost to apply.

If you need assistance completing the application, come see us inside the Family Center in room 117 on Friday, March 13, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
