The Streaming App That Forgot Your Password Again

You ever open a streaming app that you used yesterday… and suddenly it acts like it’s never met you before?

“Please sign in.”

Sign in? I live here. I was just watching something last night.

Now I’ve got to reset the password again — uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, symbol, favorite childhood cereal, and the name of my third-grade gym teacher.

And after all that… it logs me in and asks:  “Are you still watching?” No. I’ve aged three years trying to get back in.

And somehow when it finally loads, nothing’s where it used to be. My favorites disappeared and the menu moved. 

This reminds me of another one that drove me nuts… Password-Reset-Madness!!!
