MOST STRESSED U.S. CITIES _ A recent poll by WalletHub has uncovered that where you reside may significantly impact your stress levels. Research comparing over 180 U.S. cities revealed that residents of Cleveland, Ohio, are facing higher stress levels than anywhere else in the nation. The city’s low average household income, health and safety stress, and poor sleep habits contribute to this distressing situation.

… Following closely behind, Detroit, secured the second spot on the list. Meanwhile, Baltimore, Memphis, and Gulfport, Mississippi rounded out the top five most stressed cities in the United States.
… The least stressed cities are Bismarck, North Dakota; Lincoln, Nebraska; Fargo, North Dakota; South Burlington, Vermont; and (the least stressed) Fremont, California.
