Today’s Heartburn comes from Tim on the Facebook page — and this one hit a nerve.

Tim says:
“I hate it when I can’t talk to a human being on the phone, or it takes forever to get someone. AND when I finally do… I can’t understand them.”

You call a company and immediately it’s:
“Press 1 for this… press 4 for regret… press 9 to question your life choices.”

Then you finally get a human and it sounds like they’re broadcasting from a wind tunnel inside a submarine.

And the worst part?
You can’t hang up — because you already invested 17 minutes of your life.

At that point you’re not calling for help…
You’re in a hostage situation with hold music.

Tim, that is a STRONG Heartburn — and yeah… we’ve all lived it.
