The Price of Stamps Went Up on Sunday

The United States Post Office raised the price of stamps on Sunday.

The price of a first-class Forever stamp is now 78 cents. The cost went up by five cents.

The USPS also made it more expensive to send a postcard. The price rose from 56 cents to 62 cents.

The standard cost for an international letter or postcard went up from $1.65 to $1.70.

The price adjustment was announced in April, but went into effect on July 13th.
