The average American maintains just four “good” pairs of undies in rotation, according a to new ‘Hanes’ survey.

On average, Americans replace a pair of underwear every three years, but 10% said they had undies that were at least six years old.

71% of Americans will finally throw out a pair of undies if they have holes.  42% said they toss their underwear due to stains.
