Posts for the 20 horses were drawn on Saturday, and this year’s favorite, Journalism (3-1) will start from post 8. Other horses with single-digit odds are outside the starting gate, with Sovereignty (5-1) at post 18 and Sandman (6-1) at post 17.
Journalism won the Santa Anita Derby three weeks ago.
‘The New York Post’ reports that the cheapest seats you can get with only days left before the Derby go for $400! If you want to watch from the field, those tickets run for around $140.
The Kentucky Derby begins at 6:57pm EST sharp on NBC, the USA Network, Fubo and Peacock.
