A new Harvard University report reveals that fewer Americans are moving across the country, with the lowest household mobility since the 1970s.
Most Americans who moved since 2024 headed south. Since living there is more affordable, more Americans moved to Texas and Florida than to any other U.S. state.
On the flipside, more Americans are moving out of California and New York, states that were usually popular destinations for Americans looking to relocate.
