Netflix Partnering With Spotify To Bring Video Podcasts To Subscribers
Netflix is expanding again, helping creators reach new audiences.
The streaming service has signed a deal with Spotify to bring video podcasts to its platform. The new partnership will deliver a curated selection of Spotify’s top video podcasts to Netflix.
“Starting in early 2026, a curated selection of Spotify’s top video podcasts, including shows from Spotify Studios and The Ringer Network, are coming to Netflix,” they announced on Tuesday across their social media.
Some of the shows set to be featured at launch include The McShay Show, The Rewatchables, Serial Killers, The Dave Chang Show, The Zach Lowe Show, and The Bill Simmons Podcast. The lineup will span a range of genres, from sports and lifestyle to true crime and culture.
According to a new survey, 72% of podcast listeners said they prefer shows with video.
