The anonymous winner said, “I was going to work and stopped at a red light, and I noticed the tag on a truck (which read) 19363.
The man said he follows a method of playing the lottery by waiting for a number to catch his attention, which has been successful for him in the past.
Despite not planning a major celebration, the winner is looking forward to renovating his house and treating himself to a crab cake.
