AAA predicts a record 72.2 million travelers to go on a domestic trip between Saturday, June 28th, and Sunday, July 6th.

Over 61 million people are expected to travel by car.

Throughout the week-long travel period, INRIX suggests that those heading out in their cars leave their destinations before noon on most days to beat the bulk of traffic.
