Trump Reverses Plastic Straw Ban
Signing an executive order on Monday to encourage Americans to buy plastic drinking straws, President Trump said, “We’re going back to plastic straws”, saying that paper straws “don’t work”.
The order reverses from President Biden’s measures to decrease the use of non-biodegradable straws that can damage the environment.
Trump added, “I don’t think plastic is going to affect a shark very much, as they’re munching their way through the ocean.”
