Tomatoes Sold In 11 States Recalled For Salmonella Contamination Concerns

Indiana’s Ray & Mascari Inc. has recalled their 4 Count Vine Ripe Tomatoes packaged in clam shell containers over a possible salmonella contamination.

Their supplier, Hanshaw & Capling Farms of Florida, notified the company after finding salmonella in their facilities.

The tomatoes have been sold in 11 states; Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.  

If you’ve purchased the tomatoes, throw them out immediately and wipe down any surfaces they may have touched.
