Parents with connected child or teen accounts can now set specific daily time limits for Shorts. 

Once the limit is reached, access to Shorts is disabled for the remainder of the day.

Additionally, parents have the option to completely disable Shorts temporarily or permanently.

YouTube has strengthened its reminder tools, allowing parents to customize notifications for “Bedtime” and “Take a Break,” applicable to both kids and adults in managing their viewing habits.
