10-Year-Old Boy Wants Apple to Cancel the “Nerd” Emoji

A 10-year-old boy in the U.K. thinks Apple’s “nerd” emoji is insulting (a person with dark glasses and the buck teeth). So he’s launched a petition to have it tweaked. He wants the “buck teeth” replaced with a smile, and for it to be named “genius emoji”. He even drew his own version of what it should look like. I wasn’t even aware there WAS a “nerd emoji”, but apparently there are a BUNCH. Teddy mostly has a problem with Apple’s, but Emojipedia (who knew) has them all.
