After that big earthquake hit Russia Tuesday, tsunami warnings and evacuation orders went out to pretty much to most of the South Pacific area. Thankfully there were no reported deaths, and minimal damage in general. The Hawaiian islands wre part of the islands that were issued tsunami warnings and evacuation orders, but apparently not everyone was concerned A reporter was live in Waikiki and was surprised to find people staying in higher floors of hotels and condos were having parties. I guess one person’s tsunami is another person’s PAR-TAY!!!!!!!
