Age wise, I may be a fringer, but, I have to admit, I tend to identify as a Boomer. Martha Stewart recently “rampaged” against remote work, and some people took it as an old-school “Boomer rant.” Which of course, got people talking about BOOMER-ISMS again (which are amusing, even for a lot of Boomers). Here are a few that I can relate to . . .

  • “Boomers love calling salads ‘rabbit food.'”
  • “Boomers love saying, ‘If I sit down I might not get back up.'”
  • “Boomers love calling a signature a ‘John Hancock.'”
  • “Boomers love licking their finger before turning the page.”
  • “Boomers still read actual physical books.”
  • “Boomers hate participation trophies, but love ‘World’s Greatest Dad’ mugs.”
