Brownsville Station Must REALLY Be Unpopular In China!
Apparently, smoking in bathrooms is still common in China. So a shopping mall near Hong Kong has added WINDOWS to their public bathroom stalls. And you can only see through them if the person inside lights up a cigarette. If it detects smoke, the glass goes from frosted to clear. So people can see you smoking, and whatever ELSE you’re doing in there. It’s been a hot topic on Chinese social media with people complaining it’s too invasive. Huh . . . people in China worrying that “big brother” might be watching? I didn’t see that one coming! One person asked if the system can be hijacked or tricked. Like, what if you’re in there and someone blows smoke through the crack of the door? I know some people who are REALLY glad this technology didn’t exist when they were in high school!
