Dr. Evil and His Minions Are Back . . . Sort Of

Have you seen this? Mike Myers has resurrected Dr. Evil. Sadly, it’s not for a new “Austin Powers” movie. Dr. Evil is back for a Verizon ad (but he DID bring his minions with him) Seth Green as “Scott Evil”, Rob Lowe as “Number Two”, and Mindy Sterling as “Frau Farbissina” (sorry, no “Mini-Me”, Verne Troyer died in 2018, and Robert Wagner who played the older version of “Number Two” IS still alive, but he’s 96 years old.) I wonder if that’s how most villains retire? Instead of demanding “One Million Dollars”, they shop for a better data plan. Here’s the ad . . .
