Drinking Coffee Could Make You Live FOREVER?????

I’m old enough to have seen dozens of foods go from being GOOD for you, then BAD for you and then back to good for you. A while ago, scientists debunked that drinking coffee “stunts your growth”, now, there’s a new study that says “drinking 1 to 3 cups of caffeinated coffee daily, could help EXTEND your life! But like everything, there’s a catch: it needs to be BLACK coffee. If you add cream and sugar becomes less healthy. Now you don’t have to ditch the additives completely. Coffee with “low levels of added sugar and saturated fat” (creamer) lowers the risk of death by 14% compared to no coffee consumption. “Low added sugar and saturated fat ” was defined as half a teaspoon of sweetener, 5 tablespoons of 2% milk, 1 tablespoon of light cream, or 1 tablespoon of half-and-half. Finally, drinking 2 to 3 cups was slightly better than drinking one cup, but there was no added benefit to drinking MORE than three.
