A new study of more than three million people, found that people who ate more chocolate, cheese, and fermented dairy (like yogurt), had lower death rates, especially from heart disease. Yogurt has good bacteria, which helps your gut, and chocolate has compounds that support your heart health. But not all fermented foods made the list. Sourdough bread for example, is not shown to be as healthy. The most important thing is to watch the sugar, and a lot of sweets are loaded with it.
