Shortly after Pope Leo the Fourteenth was elected pope at the conclave, he had to change his address on everything, to “Vatican City.” And even the Pope found out that customer service can be an adventure! Father Tom McCarthy was close with Pope Leo, before he ascended to “Popedom.” He shared an amusing story of an issue the Pope ran into while dealing with his bank, that led to him getting hung up on!
