Good New Stories #2: A Dedicated Teacher And Baby Vultures

Here are a couple more Good News stories making the rounds . . .

A: A teacher shared security camera images of her returning to school in the middle of the night . . . in her pajamas! She’s a middle school teacher who was scheduled to administer a state exam the next day, when she realized that she’d forgot to plug her computer cart in the day before. She captioned the photos, “Test-taking anxiety isn’t just for the kids . . . this was at 10:15pm.”

B: The Bronx Zoo announced the first king vulture chick to hatch at the facility in three decades. And it’s being hand-raised using a puppet made to look like a mother vulture. Now I don’t want to say King Vultures aren’t the cutest babies, but as we head into Mother’s Day weekend, I WILL say, they have a face that only a mother can love . . . even puppet mothers.
