A utility worker in Phoenix is being called a hero, after rescuing a toddler just seconds before the child ran into traffic. Robert Butler spotted the kid running alone toward a busy intersection. So, he pulled over, and was able to grab the toddler before it was too late. The whole thing was caught on camera.
