Having A Bad Day? It May Not Be Because It’s Monday

If you’re having a rough morning, you might just be ready for the weekend (I know IT’S Monday). If you’re having a crappy start to your day, it might be because you skipped one or more of these things. A poll by conducted by Naturepedic asked people to name little things that can throw your whole day off. Here are the top five . . .

  1. Not having coffee.  Because you forgot or didn’t have time.
  2. Forgetting to brush your teeth.
  3. Not drinking any water.
  4. Not showering.
  5. Skipping your morning workout. (I guess I’ve had about 10,000 bad days in a row)

The survey found the average morning routine takes 30 minutes, and it takes 25 minutes before we feel fully awake. It also found waking up on the wrong side of the bed is a real thing. 37% of people can tell if they’re about to have a bad day within the first 10 minutes of waking up. Now there IS some good news. Turning a bad day into a good one IS possible. The top things that can prevent a bad day are, eating a good breakfast, getting some fresh air, drinking water, and taking time to stretch.
