“Hot Dog Towers” . . . The Summer Food Trend We Need!

I’m not sure backyard barbecues are supposed to be “fancy”, but here’s how to elevate yours: HOT DOG TOWERS! It may be the big food trend this summer. Fox News just did a big story on how restaurants are offering them instead of seafood towers (because seafood is expensive, and times are tough). You take a multi-tiered serving platter, and put different types of hot dogs around it. All 3 levels can be dogs, or you can use one level for fries and the top tier for condiments. A place called “Sir Wieners” is taking responsibility for the trend, saying people love it because it’s “Over the top. The perfect mix of ridiculous and delicious.”
