The good thing about TikTok “trends” is they’re usually short-lived (and let’s hope THIS follows that trend). There’s a new food darling called “stretchy yogurt.” It originally became a hit in China, and now has shops in New York City and a few other places. Stretchy yogurt is a pretty accurate description. It’s yogurt with “elasticity and a gummy texture” (???). Here’s how it works . . . you choose a stretchy yogurt with flavors that include “five vegetable,” “five grain,” “mango,” and “coconut.” You get to choose several different fruits, along with one “wet topping” and a “dry topping” and it’s usually served in a big cup with a spoon.
