It’s Quitter’s Day!
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but Happy Quitter’s Day! The second Friday in January is when people are most likely to throw in the towel on their New Year’s resolutions. But there are times when it might actually make sense to give up on a goal (or at least reassess it). Here are 3 times when it might be okay to give up on your New Year’s resolution . . . 1) When you’re motivated by the wrong reasons, like trying to prove someone wrong. 2) When your goal no longer resonates with you. And 3) If you’ve exhausted all your resources.
