By now, you probably heard, “Cheers” star George Wendt died yesterday at the age of 76. Best known for playing Norm on Cheers, but It’s entirely possible that his second-biggest career achievement was the SNL “Super Fans” sketches . . . “Da Bears.” He once said that bit “took on a life of its own.” Here’s a George Wendt fun fact you may not know, he was also Jason Sudeikis’ uncle. That’s right, he’s Ted Lasso’s uncle, George and Jason’s mother were brother and sister.
