Scent-Based Alarm Clocks?

If you’re staying at a hotel, you probably wouldn’t want to be awakened by a SMELL. But that might change. Holiday Inn Express is testing a new “scent-based alarm clock” that releases the scent of your choice when it’s time to wake up. It’s not available here in the states yet, but they ARE testing out different options in different countries with options like Coffee, Bacon, Blueberry Muffin, and Mango. If you’re someone who could sleep through ANY smell, they will still offer wake-up calls or knocks at the door. Of course this is nothing new at MY house. Just ask my wife, I’ve woke her up with the scent of stale draft beer and late night Taco Bell for years.
