Sleeping In This Memorial Day Weekend?
Having issues sleeping? Well if this helps, EVERYONE is, especially if you live in Norfolk, Virginia. Researchers using C.D.C. data, looked at the sleep habits of people in 100 major U.S. cities. They put out a list of the most sleep-deprived cities in America (see map below), and Ohio is WELL represented! The Top 5 most sleep-deprived cities are:
- Norfolk, Virginia
- New Orleans
- Detroit
- Toledo
- Cincinnati
(Also in the Top 10, Indianapolis at #6, and Cleveland at #9 maybe they’re losing sleep over the Browns?)
The 5 LEAST sleep-deprived cities are (And Ohio is NOT well represented here):
- Minneapolis
- Seattle (Not-so-sleepless in Seattle)
- San Jose
- Madison
- Boise
