The Most Googled Easter Candy in 2025 Is . . .

Google looked at the top Easter candies we’ve been searching for in the lead-up to Easter Sunday, and it’s PEEPS in most states (including Ohio). 35 states have googled Peeps more than any other Easter candy this month. “Gummy candies” are next with five states (no other type of candy got more than two states). Keep in mind, that doesn’t mean they’re our FAVORITE. (more on that later). Plenty of those may have been HATE-searches (???). Speaking of PEEPS . . . “ICEE” (the slushy drink people) debuted Peeps-flavored slushies last month. Google Trends also looked at the top types of Easter egg hunts by state (Ohio’s was at Church event), and the top Easter egg basket trends . . . “Minecraft” and Hello Kitty-themed baskets are big this year.
