Wallet Hub dot Com just came out with a list ranking all 50 states, from the best place to drive . . . to the worst. The rankings are based on 31 different factors, including traffic, weather, road quality, commute times and accident rates. The 5 BEST states for driving are: Vermont, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and Indiana. The 5 WORST . . . Hawaii, Washington, Montana, California, and Maryland. OHIO was the 15th best state to drive in.
