A boater was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after being caught passed out at the helm and seen barreling towards a crowded beach. He claimed not to have consumed any alcohol, even though there was an empty beer can in plain sight. Here’s the moment two sheriffs interrogated him, along with his also passed out passenger. What an idiot!!!
