Those Ridiculous Lifetime Movie Titles

“Entertainment Weekly” just posted a list of some of their favorite ridiculous Lifetime movie titles, and there are some pretty good ones! Here’s a few . . .

  • “Drink, Slay, Love” (2017)
  • “From Straight A’s to XXX” (2017)
  • “Honeymoon with Mom” (2006)
  • “Killing Daddy” (2014)
  • “Restless Virgins” (2013)

Of course NO list would be complete without THIS soon to be classic . . . “Crowning at the Prom“?!?! Yes, this is a legitimate Lifetime movie, and it premieres a week from Saturday (7/18th). The movie follows a “high school overachiever” who desperately tries to conceal a late-term pregnancy, while simultaneously pursuing prom queen glory and a coveted athletic scholarship. I’ve never seen ANY of these movies, but I feel like I already know the plot line.  Somebody ignores good advice . . . then everybody cries in a kitchen.
