Here’s a new birthday trend I really hope takes off . . . HIRING A MAGICIAN FOR YOUR ADULT BIRTHDAY PARTY! People in their 20s are leading the trend, and Google says “magician for hire” searches are at an all-time high. People are saying that being surprised in “real life” still has an edge in a world of endless A.I. slop, especially in a group setting. They say it’s “refreshing to share that feeling of awe and confusion” with your friends. I would think even if the magician isn’t all that great, you all can share in the cheesiness of the whole thing.
