Chamber Accepting Orders For Fresh Whole Hog Sausage Sale

The Agri-Business Committee of the Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting orders for its Annual Fresh Whole Hog Sausage Sale, with proceeds supporting local agriculture scholarships and programs across Hancock County. Community members are encouraged to place orders by March 31, 2026.

With the generous support of Hurdwell Market, all sausage is prepared fresh in bulk and never frozen. Each three-pound, vacuum-sealed package is seasoned with salt and pepper and available for a $15 donation.

All orders must be picked up between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at the Legacy Country Corner parking lot, located at 6566 County Road 236.

Each year, the Chamber’s Agri-Business Committee awards scholarships to local high school and college students pursuing careers in or connected to agriculture. Funds raised through the sausage sale directly support these scholarships and reinforce the committee’s commitment to honoring the rich heritage of agriculture while advancing its future in Hancock County.

Orders may be placed online at FindlayHancockChamber.com. Cash or check payments are also accepted at the Chamber office, located at 123 East Main Cross Street. Office hours are 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. – noon on Friday.
