Findlay’s Two Great Scot Grocery Stores Closing
The two Great Scot grocery stores in Findlay will be closing.
Officials have told WFIN News that the final day for the location on West Main Cross Street will be July 1, while the last day at the Broad Avenue location will be July 8.
WFIN was provided with the following statement from SpartanNash, who acquired Great Scot operator Fresh Encounter in 2024.
“We have made the difficult decision to close both Great Scot locations in Findlay, Ohio, with the final day of operation at the Main Cross St. location taking place on July 1 and the Broad Ave. location on July 8. We are grateful to our store guests for their loyal support, as well as our dedicated team members for their commitment to our shoppers.”
