Motorcyclist Critically Injured In Findlay Crash
The Findlay Police Department says a motorcyclist was critically injured when they struck a curb and crashed.
The police department says Jager Burgei, 19, of Kalida, was northbound on Broad Avenue as it becomes an incline curve and transitions to West Bigelow Avenue when he failed to maintain control of his motorcycle.
Burgei’s motorcycle hit the northern curb, and he was thrown from his motorcycle, police said.
The crash occurred at 1:10 Friday afternoon.
The police department said Burgei sustained serious physical injuries in the crash and was transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital by Hanco EMS.
The police department said Burgei was then transferred to ProMedica and listed as being in critical condition.
