One Power Company Acquired By OnSite Partners

OnSite Partners, LLC (OnSite Partners), a behind-the-meter distributed energy company, owned by funds advised by Basalt Infrastructure Partners, announced today the acquisition of the business interests of Ohio based industrial power company, One Power. This acquisition of One Power Company advances OnSite Partners’ growth strategy by broadening its behind-the-meter generation portfolio and customer base, while strengthening its capabilities in energy infrastructure operations, maintenance, and construction.
