Do you want to be in the air during the eclipse? Here’s how.

Delta Flight Will Travel “Path of Totality” For Solar EclipseSun Flying Sticker by Aerolíneas Argentinas

Monday’s solar eclipse will be a spectacle, and Delta Airlines wants you to view it from the air…with your safety glasses on.

Delta has planned a flight from Austin, Texas, to Detroit, Michigan, that will “spend as much time as possible directly within the path of totality” of the eclipse.

The flight will follow the path of the eclipse so that passengers will be in near darkness in the middle of the day for the entire flight.

After the first flight sold out in February, a second one was planned and sold out as well.
