Employees Feel Guilty About Calling In Sick
American workers feel guilty if they miss work for being sick.
A new survey said 90 percent of workers showed up to the job while sick in 2022.
Even though employees receive sick days, they don’t like to use the time. 
Sixty-five percent of workers said they feel “stress, anxiety, guilt or fear” when requesting sick time.
On the flip side, 80 percent of managers said they’ve felt skeptical about employee’s sick day requests.
