A new metal guitarist has burst on the scene – and he’s only 11 years old.
11-year-old Cole Parsons of Hurricane, West Virginia has gone viral for his performance at a school talent show – rocking out an original composition while sporting an Alice In Chains t-shirt.
The video has been viewed millions of times and earned praise from the likes of Motley Crue and 3 Doors Down. Guitar World even said Parsons “channels the spirit of Randy Rhoads”.
Parsons’ advice to other young guitar players? “Practice each day, and don’t give up.”
