Wendy’s is about to embrace artificial intelligence to get you through the drive-thru faster. 

After testing AI technology to take orders at test restaurants in Columbus, Ohio, Wendy’s is ready to roll out chatbots in more locations.

According to one test site, drive-thru orders were sped up by 22 seconds on average when using AI.

Wendy’s will offer the Google Cloud-based technology to franchisees starting next year.
