The House passed a bill Saturday to ban TikTok in the United States if the app’s Chinese-based owner doesn’t sell off its stake within a year.

This measure, passing with a 360-58 vote, now goes to Senate.

However, TikTok is ready to go to court, with the company saying they will make efforts to block the law, saying banning the app will infringe on its users’ First Amendment rights.
