Uber Is Offering Free Prom Night Rides for Teens 🚗✨
Uber has launched a limited-time promotion giving teens up to three free rides (worth up to $50 each)to help them get safely to and from prom events. The offer runs through June 30 and can be unlocked using the promo code “Yes!”
But there’s one important step first.
Parents must add their teen to their Family Profile inside the Uber app before the promotion becomes available. Once connected, teens can request rides while parents stay informed every step of the way.
Uber says the program is designed with safety in mind. Features include:

- Driver rating visibility
- PIN verification before pickup
- Parent-set spending limits
Teens can even schedule rides up to 90 days in advance, making prom-night planning easier and less stressful.
The company is also rolling out a special prom-themed makeover inside the app for teen accounts — and expanding its Women Preferences option, allowing families to request female drivers for added comfort and reassurance.
