Apple Turns To Google To Power Siri and Apple Intelligence 

Apple will rely on Google’s Gemini AI technology to customize “Apple Intelligence” on the iPhone and other products.

Apple’s AI features, including an overhaul of Siri, have been delayed, prompting the company to acknowledge that the Siri upgrade won’t happen until 2026.

Google already pays Apple over $20 billion annually to be the preferred search engine on the iPhone and other Apple products.

Apple previously had a deal with OpenAI to use ChatGPT for Apple Intelligence.
