Because “Snake Yoga” Apparently Wasn’t Dangerous Enough
Earlier this month we heard about Snake Yoga being a new trend. Well apparently, that wasn’t dangerous enough. Now introducing: SWORD YOGA. The workout mixes yoga, tai chi, and kung fu style movements . . . while HOLDING A SWORD! They say classes can burn up to 500 calories and build strength and confidence. It also looks quite intimidating, and I think you’d want to keep people’s yoga mats as FAR APART AS POSSIBLE!
