Here’s a new food mash-up you didn’t know you needed . . . a seafood place in Charleston called Fleet Landing, is selling “Sm’oysters“, a mash-up of oysters and S’MORES. It’s an oyster on the half shell, topped with Hershey’s chocolate, crumbed graham crackers, and a tiny marshmallow that they torch to brown the top. The manager says he wanted to do something different and realized “dessert oysters” weren’t a thing yet.
