Good News Tacos?

Here’s a back-to-work-Monday “Good News Story” that I probably should have saved for a TUESDAY . . . A group of 100 culinary students in Mexico broke a world record, by serving over 13,000 tacos in ONE HOUR! The 23-foot frying pan they used also broke a record, and all the leftover tacos went to local food banks.
